I enjoyed the hotel location because it has easy access. Polite staff was always ready to assist. A complimentary room upgrade. I found quick check-in an absolute bonus.
The room chair looked quite old and a bit worn.

The rooms includes comfortable beds and sufficient space. Bottled water was available daily, a nice touch. Daily housekeeping maintained a high cleanliness level in the room and ensured a pleasant experience.

the staff were very approachable . my room had a spacious layout. taxis were accessible right outside the hotel. the breakfast buffet provided a tasty and sumptuous start to the day.
my room did not have a handle to open the window. fresh air was absent. the ac could only be turned on or off. it got cold when turned on.

the reception staff provided warm smiles and professional assistance. they were ready to assist with anything i needed. the housekeeping team kept my room super clean and tidy. moh. tipu did an excellent job.
